We are looking forward to welcoming you back to Hoppin' Vines and Delicio Coal Fired Pizza!  With the guidance from our Governor and health officials, we would like to share with you some information regarding our approach to reopening, and the experience you can expect from our committed team.

 

First and foremost, we assure you that our highest priority right now is the health and safety of all of our team and of course you, our loyal customers.  While many of the aspects of our experience that you enjoyed will remain, many things have also changed since you last visited us.  Here is how we are preparing and will operate during this period:

 

• We have performed deep cleaning and disinfecting for the whole building and all equipment.

• We have enhanced daily cleaning procedures.

• We are routing all customers to enter through our main entrance only.

• Ohio's guidelines include continued closure of open congregating.  Guests will be assigned to a table following a modified seating plan that safely keeps seating groups six feet apart. 

• A team member from Hoppin' Vines will be there to greet all of our guests and explain the new processes and will help to find a table for each party.

• Guests waiting for a table will be asked to wait in a line outside, or in their vehicles. 

• Our team has undergone a thorough training program above and beyond what the State of Ohio has required, and will undergo daily self-evaluations. 

• We have posted symptoms of COVID-19, and kindly ask you to visit us another day if you are experiencing any of these symptoms. 

• We will remain compliant with maximum party size per state guidelines (currently 10).

• For duckpin bowling, we are following all of Ohio sanitation guidelines for bowling alleys.  Including only booking every other lane to ensure every set of balls is only used by one party before being sanitized. 

 

We have added additional health-related guidance throughout the building to remind our customers and our team of these new behaviors.  Change is not easy, but we thank you in advance for helping us keep Hoppin' Vines a safe, fun, welcoming environment for all!
